1. CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ORDERS. All HopGear orders will be processed and confirmed within 3 business days of receipt. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Yakima Chief Hops observes all federal holidays. Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability and shipping tracking information will be provided via e-mail after each order is accepted and processed. All orders will be shipped via UPS, and therefore must be associated with a physical address. HopGear cannot ship to PO boxes.2. EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES. All dates are estimates and may vary. Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing. 2-3 Day Express: 2-3 business days after order processing. 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times and signatures may be required upon delivery. Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3 Day Express deliveries account for business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays
3. STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to all international HopGear purchases and to all non-wholesale, domestic HopGear purchases less than 50 US$. Wholesale account orders receive free shipping within the United States. Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process. All associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of Check-Out. Once an order is confirmed and processed, customers will not be subject to any further charges.
4. FREE SHIPPING. HopGear orders exceeding 50 US$ and shipping to an address within the United States will not be subject to shipping charges. Wholesale account orders shipping to addresses within the United States will not be subject to shipping charges.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Washington state residents will be charged applicable sales tax.
Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required
by applicable law. All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$. Customer
orders will leave the HopGear store in new condition.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once packages are delivered to UPS.
If orders are damaged during transit, please contact UPS
immediately to make a claim.
