Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

In most cases, yes! At HopGear, we always strive to provide each patron with superior customer service by resolving any purchase problem as quickly and as easily as possible. Customers may return an item purchased from HopGear within 30 days of purchase, provided the terms and conditions contained within our return policy are met.

I ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it?

Do you ship internationally?

We realize hop lovers are located worldwide, so we offer international shipping services via UPS. Rates vary by country and are displayed in full at the time of checkout.
